I had a few problems that I was having trouble solving (a mixup between my hosting company, me, and SiteLock). Devin with SiteLock was very knowledgable, kind, courteous, and helpful to resolve my problem. He even refunded my money and gave me a year of free service for my trouble. I am very grateful for his excellent care of my situation!

I've been with SiteLock for a couple of months now, and we are happy with the level of protection they provide to our ecommerce site. The staff is always friendly and helpful, our questions are always answered quickly, and we've noticed a much lower latency on page loads...so we're happy.
