Our webmaster assured me of how helpful SiteLock is in answering questions. Found that to be very true today when I called about the credit card we use for auto-pay being hacked and locked. Was most pleased with Crystal's helpfulness in getting the situation resolved. I'll be in touch with her when we get the new card.
