Sitelock was very helpful in cleaning up some breaches in my sites and keeping things running smoothly. I did have a couple of times where I was told there was a problem I needed to fix, but I was paying for the service in which they fixed things, so I had to call. One time was on Christmas day and I was told if I didn't fix things I might lose service. Fortunately, someone checked email and saw that I was paying for the service in which they fixed any issues and it was resolved. But it was annoying to have to worry about it... read more
