Crystal was immensely helpful - after my having been charged an extra month even though I'd had my services cancelled almost a month previous. She quickly researched the situation, and refunded my final (inaccurate) charge. Her professionalism and efficiency made what started as an uncomfortable complaint into a more than workable situation.
