I just had occasion to be helped by a sitelock representative Alie. She was great and helped. Sitelock seems to do a good job. The only thing is that they are a bit expensive if you're a small business.

While I did NOT need this service and was initially referred to them by my hosting provider *** * in ERROR... I did find the both the customer service agent during cancellation and the technician review my needs very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The fault for me receiving this service at all lies squarely with *** * and they should be warning their own CSRs that it is not a good business practice to upsell and transfer their existing customers simply to meet some sort of quota for the day.
After having malware detected on my site and the cleanup done with a basic package set up. After a few months, I received a phone call from Scott who had been assigned to my account. He took the time to walk me through the dashboard explaining the different items in layman's terms. After a couple of phone calls and the right package in place for my site, I feel very satisfied that Scott has my interests at heart.
