Malware is mean and mine was not an easy case. Every time my host company brought up a new level to the issue I'd be near tears or defeated...but SiteLock would turn that around. I'm not a big business but that didn't impact the level of care they gave me. Above and beyond doesn't quite describe. Due to the complexity I had to deal with a few people at SiteLock and every one of them was solid.
