I got detailed, specific reports on activity on my various sites, that I'd not had before, and some warnings I needed to pay attention too. Alie was friendly and concerned, I felt listened to. She responded to my concern that I was being deliberately targeted by hostile agents by reporting that the level of activity on my site was not of a level to support that. Having this level of attention every so often makes your service seem more valuable.
