The reps at SiteLock do such a great job taking a complicated matter and explaining it real terms that I understand. I spoke with Devin today and he was very helpful in getting my billing sorted out!

Promptly performed a thorough job of cleaning up our website after a malware attack. Timely updates were sent to us throughout the process and customer service was always readily available with little or no wait time. Followed up after the process was complete and continues to do a good job of protecting our website from further attacks.

Called about cancelling service on one of my hosted sites. Sitelock responded very quickly and took care of the issue.......even credited back the charge. Super nice on the phone and very helpfull!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

I had my website compromised a few months ago, and Sitelock has done a great job at ensuring it doesn't happen again. Customer service is always very helpful, friendly and quick. I also like that they send regular statistics so you can see what they helped protect your website from. My only qualm is the expense - this isn't my primary website anymore, so it's hard to justify the expense. That said, I also don't want my website link to be infected with malware that takes visitors to other dangerous sites, like it was before. ... read more
