Sitelock continues to have exceptional customer service. EVERY SINGLE time I've called their customer support the tech has been knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Every.Single.Time. This is dating back 2.5 years. Just spoke with them again tonight and talked to Lou for almost an hour and had the same experience. He figured out what was going on with our website and told me exactly what to call and say to the hosting company to get done what I needed. Very patient. Having been through the process of Un-Blacklisting my site before, SiteLock is definitely the way to go. Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive protection to the dangers that are constantly evolving to take over a web site. Since signing up for their service, real traffic has increased, performance and speed have improved, and most important of all, our sites have not been compromised - at all. After our website was hacked, I was referred to SiteLock by a friend. Since I installed the program, there have been no further problems with the website. I love the updates I receive from SiteLock telling me the number of people and bots trying to attack our site. Welcome to the new world!
