Our website was hacked about 5-6 years ago and SiteLock was recommended by a business associate. We have not had any problems since then. The customer service is phenomenal and I would highly recommend their services for anyone hosting a web site.

Customer service was excellent. I like Sitelock but could not justify the cost given my current monetization of my sites. The gentleman I spoke with offered me a lower tier option that fits better with my budget and subsequently retained my as a customer.

The service I got today from Luis was excellent. I am hopeless at anything technical and Luis explained the issues and risk I was facing with my website and then explained how to fix it and went even further by contacting my hosting company and fixing the problem. I am quite serious when I say that Luis saved Site Lock from loosing a customer as I was very close to cancelling because I just didn't understand what was wrong. Site lock has me as a customer and I have a protected website. A win win situation. Thank you Susan
