It's so nice to get a real live person on the phone who is actually helpful! Alie was great yesterday and again today, helping me understand some security issues I was having. She also explained service levels and downgraded my service to a much more affordable plan. (Daily scans instead of constant.) I wish the customer service agent (salesman!) Site look is pricey, but it is worth i for every penny and you get quite a bang for your buck. I was provided with good customer support and when I had a tech problem, the tech agents went above and beyond to resolve the issue; this is no my specialty and they were so helpful and used teachable moments. Each agent was more helpful than the last, and especially I'd like to thank Allie Voors for her pleasant helpfulness this AM. In 2018, SiteLock saved the day. They were extremely helpful - and fast - when my website was locked by my hosting company as a result of being hacked. They cleaned everything up, secured the site, and everything was back to normal in a relatively quick amount of time. I'm grateful they brought me from a high stress situation to no stress in little time.

The SiteLock service is very good. Every time I needed, the attendants were very friendly and made all the process very easy for me. I can't think on a better way to support users.
