I basically dealt with Shane F*** in Sales and with Alie V**** in SiteLock Program setup. Both were quite professional and courteous in their understanding and dealings. What a pleasure and understandable couple of people during a difficult time we had with multiple infected sites. The cleansing of malware of our sites happened extremely fast putting us on a road to recovery. SiteLock is a great company with kind and enthusiastic employees in every department I've ever contacted. Thanks for these past months of assistance! I would like to publicly complain, however, that BlueHost, the provider that hosted my WordPress site for years without being affected by malware, is the reason I needed to sign up with SiteLock. Sitelock has been a lifesaver for me! I had my site suspended by my host and Alie Voors and Brook helped me get everything set up, scanned and cleaned. Alie was willing to create a 3-way conference call with the host and walk through everything needed to clear up some persistent problems. Even though we had to survive through 20 minutes of the host's support line "super-groove" tunes while waiting on hold, Alie kept her sense of humor and I was able to get things taken care of.
