A very invigorating experience! We did a couples special and enjoyed the cabin with a cold plunge. Don't skip the cold plunge, it's the best part! The cabin is awesome, I love the dry heat and it smells wonderfully woody. We didn't use the cold room this visit but look forward to checking it out. The price was great and the staff was super friendly. A bathing suit or robe is good to wear since you'll want to go from place to place and stay covered up. You could also bring a small tote bag with you to make it easy.
