I had a great time at the sauna! You couldn't ask for a more peaceful environment in the middle of Main Street. I went for a couples date night with my partner and we will definitely we back. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The ice plunge was just as good as everyone says it is. Most importantly, the staff is welcoming and friendly. You feel like they care about your wellbeing and want you to relax, enjoy yourself, and heal! You leave feeling refreshed and 10 pounds lighter (probably just mentally lighter, but still!)
I can't even begin to describe how much you will enjoy this experience. Pair a 30 min sauna session, a quick break in the cold room for some mint/cucumber water and a 30 min massage and your day is made! From front desk staff to massage therapist - everyone is so kind and inviting. Oh, and don't forget to use their signature soap from Good Fortune Soaps when you shower (the smell is worth the trip alone).
Best spa experience thus far! I drove all the way from knoxville, and it was great!
This sauna experience was like no other sauna I've ever been to! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is great. I would highly recommend everyone try Sisu Sauna!!! �
This place is AWESOME!! Very soothing environment!! After you sweat you feel amazing!! I recommend EVERYONE to try at least once!!
