Great owners and convenient location! I'm so glad they are in Chattanooga! I love coming here after a long run or workout. The benefits include increased blood flow and a detoxification effect. If you've never been you need to definitely check it out.
My husband and I really enjoyed our sauna experience today!. We used the sauna cabin and the cold plunge. We had a very relaxing time and look forward to coming back again soon.
I took my sister and her bridesmaids here for her bachelorette party yesterday and it was amazing! Three of them got to go in a cabin and the other two went in the pods and both experiences were great! The website is NOT kidding about being hydrated though. The pods and cabins get very hot very quickly (which is the point) and it's easy to get light-headed. Just take breaks and drink lots of water before arriving. I love everything about this place! From the comfortable environment to the sauna experience itself as well as the cold room- such a relaxing place to spend some time! I was little concerned because I have some claustrophobia issues but I have no problems with the pod. This will definitely be a regular stop for me, I highly recommend!
