Mom and daughter day out. The infrared sauna and cold plunge was great. The process was a struggle going from 137 degree room to cold plunge but the after feeling was refreshing and my body was relaxed. Definitely will do again!

One of the most incredibly relaxing experiences I've ever had.
My first appointment was yesterday. I highly recommend the sauna and cold room before having a deep tissue massage. The massage therapist is very informative and in tune with what is needed. Had a great experience until time to leave. Someone had lit a huge insense stick, creating quite a pungent cloud of smoke. Unfortunately, caused an allergic reaction. Otherwise, a very relaxing experience.
