Did my first sweat last night. I fell in love. I felt so refreshed and energized. Definitely see why Sisu means "strength of will". And to top it off, my boyfriend Skyped me and told me I was glowing, can't beat that :)
Sisu sauna is such an amazing place! I've been four times now and can't imagine not going back. I look forward to my sauna session with my friends every week! I definitely recommend this to everyone!!!
