This was such an invigorating experience! The heat felt miraculous on my muscles and joints and the cold room afterwards was so refreshing and purifying. The environment is very zen, peaceful, and meditative. I'm so excited to see this in Chattanooga. We are so blessed to have this here. Namaste.
OK, so this isn't a traditional sauna (say it with me folks, sow-nah). There is no communal aspect to it, there is no plunge pool, and the infrared isn't quite the same as a pile of hot rocks. That said, this is the best sauna experience in Chattanooga. After trying the mediocre saunas at the Y and Gold's Gym, I'm hooked on Sissu Sauna. My muscles feel great. I'll be back. Nobody else in town provides anything this hot. The cool room feels great, though I'd prefer a plunge pool.
