Just stopped in with Kyle M for our first sweat. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. My skin feels great and my mood is even better :). If you haven't checked this place out I recommend you do it soon!

Omg this place is Awesome. Had my 1st lay today. Thank you Sarah. If you wan to to relax, burn calories, and cleanse your body all at once. YOU MUST TRY THIS INFRARED TREATMENT. I feel great seriously.
Not often you can break a sweat, burn calories & relax all at the same time. Very impressed with Sisu Sauna. Beautiful craftsmanship, friendly staff and a purifying experience. Highly recommend!
After feeling a little weird on my off days and canceling going out on the river to SUP board with a friend, I found myself wondering over to this new little sauna studio by my apartment on Main, Sisu. When walking in the door the sense of refreshment already strikes you and from then on it became a learning experience. It's like going to the tanning bed but much healthier.
