I’ve been twice in the last week and I love it! I can definitely feel a difference in my body when I leave. Awesome place and friendly staff!
I’m so happy that Chattanooga has Sisu!! I had never been to a sauna before, but it makes you feel amazing after sweating for 30 minutes, then staying in the cold room for 10-15 minutes.
I highly recommend Sisu Sauna. I'm told they're going to be open on Main X 24 too with some great sales. The service was great and the value here is amazing.

I literally love this place! I was in earlier for the first time, it’s such a beautifully set up place. I really like the privacy factor and having my own room for my sauna session. If you are interested in going to a sauna, I have to 100% recommend this one! So excited to go back soon!
I purchased two sessions on Groupon. My first appointment went terrible. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and had to wait. I was told to arrive at that time so that I could be given a tour of the facility before my session. I did not get the tour! It was my first experience and I had no idea what to do. I was never checked on, the temperature was set on 77 which was extremely hot for me. I was also charged $20 although I had the Groupon. I enjoyed this so much, very relaxing. Went in the cabin with my Daughter. can not wait to go again. love the Groupon coupons....
