The Nurses treat a person so nice and the Doctors are also very Nice !!
This is a great place to be reminded of the sacrifices of our military. The staff were kind and professional. Some staff didn't greet you which I would prefer. Some of the rooms have a two people in a room. It would be nice to have single rooms which may reduce some of the challenges between roommates too. A great beautiful campus.
I usually never have a problem. This time I checked in at the kiosk and was told " proceed to appointment". I checked in again with the 4th floor nurse and was directed to the waiting area. After 50 min waiting I was called and ask why I missed my appointment. I told them I've been in the waiting room for 1 hour. How many times do I need to ckeck in?
I can not tell you how Very Pleased I am to be connected to Sioux Falls VA. I am treated with kindness...And they really care about me! To see how they treat us in life as well as death means more than I can say!!!! Thank you!!!
I went in due not being able to get rid of a cough. They squeezed me in and we're very nice. Already feeling better. Thanks for all you do.
My Dad has been to the Sioux Falls VA many times and twice this month for cataract surgery. As always the staff was wonderful.
Almost no waiting this time. I was running a little late, so I let the parking valet park my truck. But I never make them go get it when I leave
It doesn't matter what I think - what matters is what my father the Korean war veteran thinks. And he absolutely loves the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System!
