I had minor surgery completed yesterday by the 4th floor staff. They were outstanding! They were friendly, informative and totally professional. The PA was very thorough in explaining the procedure to remove a melanoma. The fourth year med student and future Air Force doctor did a great job with my sutures. I teased him about "getting the short straw" on having to do the sewing, and he replied " I love this, this is what I'll be doing". The entire team made me feel important. we had a very good experience I took my brother up there for his appointment he got right in everyone was very kind to him he had a very good experience it all went quick and painless if I could see one thing that you all need up there it would be more parking possibly a parking ramp parking was a nightmare thank you for everything
I was there for a month. My overall rating is 5 stars because the only deduction I would give is for the shared room I was in. I had 1/4 th of the room and my roommate had 3/4 th of the room. All other ratings are 5 stars. I cannot say enough positive for the nursing staff, especially those that took care of me in ICU.
Great facility, great care. Each person shows how much they appreciate a veteran's service.
Kudos go out to this VA in Sioux Falls!!! My stay with them was beyond what I expected and the people that work there have an awesome bedside manner and really care about the veterans! Thank you once again.
They fixed this broken veteran when there was not much hope elsewhere. Team work shines.
I have been comming to the Sioux Falls veterans hospital since returning from overseas in 1968. They have always treated me with respect, and have done all work very satisfactorily.
It was my first appointment. Everything went smooth and on time!
