This was the second time in 4 months I had been there for knee replacement surgery the post op surgery staff is great they made me feel like I was important and really focused on taking care of all of us on the floor equally.i wish more hospital staff were this professional. Dianna stood out this time for me and Brian and Hillary were great back in October if I ever need any this else done I hope this is the staff I get. The surgeon and pre op staff were awesome, also just wasn't around them as much as the post op people.
I've been a member of a couple VA Healthcare Systems. Sioux Falls, Denver, Fargo. By far, Sioux Falls has been the best across the board. Timeliness of care, quality of care, and the friendliness of staff, from the people who answer the phone to the doctors, has been excellent. Just had a surgical procedure done, and I admit I was a little nervous of the VA stigma. But, as always excellent care.
I have been going to Sioux Falls VA for over 10 years and I am very satisfied. If you don't like / understand something ask. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my wife.
Had an appointment with Dr Jason at orthopedic such a wonderful young man treats me so good was in and out in half hour. I had to set an appointment for an MRI which I set up as i was leaving I got a call from X-ray. We can do MRI now and so I got it done so waiting for the results. I love my VA
I just spent almost a week in and out of the SF VA dealing with kidney stone complications. Had 2 surgical procedures and was treated excellent. Specifically the nursing staff in floor 3 were very attentive and professional. Amanda B., Michelle the cubs fan, Diane A., And Greg were a tremendous help during a difficult time. Hands down tho, nurse Travis, who is fairly new to the SF VA, went above and beyond. Well Jim had gotten excellent care there when he had kidney stones in April and May and then now with the high blood pressure issue.....Glad these guys are able to get the care they need after serving our country
Outstanding care! They have saved my life more than once. Any military should go there.
Sub-par healthcare with no accountability, I would love to send all my enemies there as I would never have to worry about them again. I thought there were some sad P.A.'s in the Army then got out and realized that they must have all gotten started at the V.A. Hospital. If they could do a more shoddy job I would be surprised. Everything from pain management, to surgery, to the primary care is garbage.
