My shoulder was broken, crushed, everything torn, frayed and detached and Dr Kas did a miracle, or as he put it, 'a full fellowship' inside my shoulder! And through 7 tiny little incisions without opening up my shoulder. He minimized my pain by doing such a meticulous repair. My physical rehab, done at S.T.A.R.S. in World Gulf Village, has been very productive and I am making great strides on my recovery which I contribute to the exceptional skills of my surgeon, Dr Kasraeian and a great physical therapist!
Very friendly and efficient staff, no waiting to see the Doctor. Dr. Kasraeian demonstrated concern and performed a few simple physical tests to evaluate my shoulder pain then went over my x-ray to explain what was causing the pain and the options to relieve pain, He took the time to answer all my questions pointing to the x-ray as he explained it in non medical terms which could be understood. Dr. Kasraeian is the BEST!Excellent care.
This surgeon permanently damaged my peroneal nerve while repairing an ankle injury almost 10 years ago. I have lost almost al function of my right foot and toes, and at the age of only 51, I can no longer do any of the recreational activities that I used to do. I have seen at least 12 doctors about my situation, spending thousands of dollars for treatments over the years. Dr Kasraeian has done absolutely nothing to help me, nor has he taken responsibility for what he has done to me.
Very professional Dr. Knowledgeable, pleasant and discusses all treatments and side effects before anything is done. Listens to his patients and discusses their opinions and gives his professional advice.

He is very thorough and confident. I love the way he studies everything and continues to investigate the problem.
Dr. Kasraeian is very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what was going on. I visited due to a knee injury from sports, mainly my ACL. He explained how each part connects to my knee, the damage currently going on, and next steps to take with a model of the knee (this is something that helped me a lot). He speaks softly and fast. He is difficult to understand and I had to have him repeat himself often.
