Terrible attitude laced with snarky comments when seen regarding hamstring surgery. Funny thing is, when I saw Mayo specialist for 2nd opinion, ideas were pretty much the same, except Mayo Dr. provided the reasons behind (ie one can continue to be active & painless without hamstrings). This guy was a waste of time and money.
He was very comprehensive and explained lots of options. I felt good with the choices that were made.
Dr. Kasraeian was very friendly and helpful during my appointment. He helped set up a date for me to get an MRI to check out my injury and gave me helpful advice about how to treat the injury in the meantime. He also helped identify that there wasn’t a major injury to the bone based on the X-rays taken by the staff, which was good to know. I would have appreciated suggestions about what specific injury I could have gotten based on the symptoms I described, but I forgot to ask during the appointment so that is on me. What stood out was how sorry the whole experience was
Dr was easy to talk too! Explanations were detailed. I didn't feel rushed.
I was fortunate to be seen so quickly after my shoulder pain started. The entire staff was excellent. I did NOT see the nurse's name who helped me but she was fantastic........
