Short Wait time. : )Office personnel, nurses & X-ray techs were excellent. Dr. is pleasant but to-the-point in providing a diagnosis. Let me know courses of action to take choose from. A good all-around experience.
Dr Kasraeian has been tremendous in helping me work through, shoulder surgery, a re-injury on my part, and terrific in navigating me through treatment options that have me in a very good place. I am very confident in a continued positive outcome that will have me back on the fairways.
I was not shown x ray just told generally I had arthritis. The Dr talks way too fast. The injection in the knee helped relieve the pain so good call.
I found Dr Kasraeian to friendly, knowledgeable about my symptoms and all possible outcomes to each potential procedure. He was open to all our questions, explaining and clarifying as needed.
Dr. Kasraeian is very nice and personable. However there were times he was hard to understand almost mumbled. The injection went fine, but the part I was a bit disappointed was that he really didn’t give me any guidance or direction on what I could or couldn’t do going forward in terms of exercise. Torn rotator cuff problems in both shoulders exacerbated by arthritis. Treatment literally eliminated pain in both shoulders without Surgury
Everything about this office is always amazing each time I visit. From the staff, the nurses and the doctors everyone takes the time to listen to any problems you may have. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. It is always a joy to visit.
Perhaps a one time issue, because normally I have never had a problem, but waited an hour-and-half from my appointment time to getting seen by the Dr.
