Customer service is terrible, this is about the forth time I am contacting them for a general query and have not been able to speak to a representative regarding the question; in addition on each call the waiting time is beyond one's discretion. I didn't call to be entertained I call because I have a genuine concern. just using automated system as front for bad customer service ( spent 15-30min) waiting on a representative to take my call. Lousy service...
