Sadly today I had a bad experience at Simplicity. I am always a very kind and understanding customer. I called to ask if there is any space for eyebrow waxing and I was told I can come and walk in because they have time to do the treatment. I arrived and the lady told me it’s possible and to take a seat on the treatment chair. After waiting for about 10 minutes, she comes to me and says that they cannot do it anymore and asked me if I can come back in 30-40 minutes. I told her I will go elsewhere. I got this pedicure done last week, but I was in such a rush because of work that I couldn’t properly check it. When I got home, I was shocked. The service was absolutely not worth the money I paid. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

An amazing & relaxing Hot stone massage with Penny. She' so calm and sweet and professional. now I'd love to try nails and waxing as well. would highly recommend! xx
