I hired helpers to load the truck from a storage unit. Everything was packed and just needed moved, however, the helpers couldn't handle that. One even tried to take a smoke break, I only hired them for 2 hrs. The pros were almost 4 hrs late, and didnt come with tools or Dolly's.

SML was very easy to work with. The 2 people assigned to unload the truck were very prompt and professional. I had to change the schedule at the last minute and SML stepped up to the plate and rearranged everything with no issues what so ever. I will definitely use SML for my future moving needs.

SML was easy to work with and there were no extra charges added on when the bill came. There were 2 options to choose from in terms of how many laborers and they were professional and courteous. I didn't have to carry a single item, and they packed the Penske truck correctly - my husband was a mover and oversaw the work without telling them what to do - they knew what they were doing.

SML was easy to use in conjunction with Penske. SML was affordable and offered two different types of moving services to meet your needs, and there weren't any surprises with the final bill. However, the "professional" movers that came to help were not the best equipped, they had to use my tools to dismantle furniture, they didn't help wrap furniture until we asked them to do so, and were too lazy to carry boxes down stairs. I recommend SML, but SML needs to filter their contractors and weed out the bad ones.

I hired SML to help load at our old house and unload st our new location. The loaders were awful - not strong, not motivated and the slowest moving people I've ever met. After a call to the company as I was driving cross-country, I asked for a strong, motivated crew on the other end. They delivered in spades! The unloaders were fantastic and I'd happily hire them again.

The crews did a good job both loading and unloading. However, we booked 2 pro movers for load and 1 arrived on time, 1 arrived an hour late. We booked 2 helpers for the unload and only 1 showed. They invoiced for 3 hours for the load, but the load time was only 2 hours and I signed a form indicating the time was 2 hours. I am a little ticked at that.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with movers. We paid for the bonded professionals and received the equivalent of two guys hanging at the Home Depot. When we communes all we got was a rate reduction and a free hour is service. I would never use them again. I had hoped my buisness meant something but clearly it did not. My bell gongs were treated with the care that one treats the trash!

We have used Simple Moving 4 times now and we love it. We rent the truck and pack the boxes then they come and do all the hard physical labor!

Do not use Simple Moving Labor! I hired them to help load and unload a Penske Truck. I had a four bedroom home and I was moving into a three bedroom home. I decided to go with professional labor with the loading, thinking they will do a better job packing. Before they arrived my family had all of the boxes staged in out garage (about 150).
