The two "Helper" crew that unload the 26' Penske truck for us here in Mankato, MN were GREAT. We only gave a couple days notice but they got a crew ready for us. The temperature ranged from -6 to +13 Fahrenheit but they unloaded without a complaint.
I worked with a total of four men, two to help move out from Dallas and two to help move into Houston. All were friendly, hard- working, and professional. I will definitely contact this company in the future.
I used their helpers to load up my rental truck in Albuquerque and unload in New York. Everything was arranged with only a weeks notice. At both sites the men were on time and worked hard. They were friendly and helpful. The office called to make sure the men had arrived and checked on how things went at the end. Overall it was a positive experience and i would use them again. Kyle and Wil were awesome! They were on time and started working the minute they got there until everything was unloaded off of the truck. They questioned to make sure they put the furniture and boxes in the correct place. They were very careful handling the furniture. I would DEFINITELY recommend them. There needs to be clones of Kyle and Wil in the moving business. If so, there would not be any problems!
SML is a company that recruits local help in the city of your request. So point #1 -- You will save a lot of money by calling a local moving company (typically half the cost). By hiring local you can have a local contact if something goes wrong. My experience with SML was a nightmare – I ordered their “Pro-movers” but got rookie help who arrived clueless and without tools. I hired simple movers to load my rental truck, they were on time, worked very hard to move my heavy furniture down my stairs and got the job done in 3 hrs , thank you for saving my back!!!
great service from the polite office staff, sarah was incredibly friendly...movers showed up 30 min late but thats not a big deal, other than that everything went smooth, they moved me from Lewisville to Irving and had me done in 4 hrs, not bad for a 2 bedroom duplex Great job
We were very pleased with our choice to use Simple Movers. They were very careful and proficient at moving our items. We had a few extra items and they were more than happy to see thay they were deliverd to a donation point for reuse. My wife and I would highly recommend this moving company. Wade
good company, very professional and polite, had my own rental truck and their moving service loaded my truck very quickly in San Antonio, I drove to Dallas, they had a crew in Dallas unload, will use again
