Every piece of wooden furniture I have (chest of drawers, wardrobe, headboard, footboard, endtables) was scratched, gauged and dented. Lamps were broken. I paid for "professional movers" but did not receive that level of service. The movers took the keys to the moving truck with them and would not return them. Their manager had to bring them to me at 10:30 at night. The office had the movers at the unload sight five hours early. I would Not recommend them.

The first time I used this company, the movers came late. They did a good job for the first three hour, then started acting tired. Sent them home and we finished loading the truck. The second time I ordered their service, no one called or showed up. I called and was told my e~sign had not gone in. Why would they not call me back. I am seventy almost and had to load a 26ft truck. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

They said the Pros could load 6 rooms in three hours. It took six. They told me if I bought wrap the pro movers would wrap my furniture they wouldn't, they kept trying to leave before the job was finished hire someone else!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want your stuff to be loaded in the truck in a way that does not guarantee your furniture will arrive with scratches. We used the "Professional Mover" option to load up a Penske truck for our move to California. We thought that by picking this option we would ensure that our stuff would be packed in such a way that it would arrive in CA in great shape. Loaders arrived a bit late but called to let me know they were caught in traffic. Once they arrived they managed to fit everything into the Penske truck I had rented. We weren't sure if it would all fit but they did an excellent job squeezing it all in and it arrived at our new home in good shape. The unloaders arrived exactly on time and they got everything unloaded in 3 hours and made sure the furniture was in the locations we wanted in each room. I was pleased with the service provided by both the loaders and unloaders.

We could not have asked for anything better. There were no surprises at all and they kept asking if we had more they could put on the truck since they packed it so well that we were able to take more than we anticipated room for. Everything was perfect. Thank You!!!

They got my storage unit loaded into the truck in about and hour. The unload was hectic, but they managed to get it all out of the truck and upstairs in the time I paid for. Additionally, there was a desk that ended up breaking from the way we had it packed in storage (before they loaded it) and they took it to the dumpster for me. Everyone was very professional and having the help was a huge weight off my shoulders.

As part of my move from SF to DC I booked 3 movers via the Penske Truck rental site. I was initially going to use my previous movers however Penske sent me a substantial coupon. What went right: The truck was packed. What went wrong: They were very late and instead of showing up in a reasonable sized vehicle as I was living in downtown SF. They showed up in two 30+ foot trucks that took them over 30 minutes to park making them even later to the schedule appointment.
