Loaders Arrived early. Notified me they tracked mud in the house during loading. Courteous and professional. I loaders arrived on time. Unload was fast. Team was eager to leave as soon as the truck was unloaded despite my request for help moving furniture within the home.

Moved last October from McLain, VA to Oviedo, FL. Paid for 2 pro movers to load Penske rental truck. They were aweful! Much damage to furniture when we unpacked truck. Filed claims with SML and have still not heard back from them. Two points for anyone considering this company: 1). DON'T waist your money on "Pro" movers! 2). DON'T expect ANY customer service or response if you file a claim. The claim process is elaborate and takes a lot of time to follow their process (which I did) and still have not heard back. My movers were there early and moved everything from my POD to my truck in exactly the allotted time. They were personable and very friendly. Would hire again.

I have to give "gold stars" to the office staff. I had to change my load and unload time several times. They were so helpful and really cheerful. They could have easily "fired" me as a customer but were great with all the changes. The move has not happened yet so don't know about loading and packing yet on this trip. I have used this company before and was well pleased, I am expecting the same this move.

The "professionals" that I hired were really nice BUT I was concerned with the amount of times that I heard bangs on the walls while they were moving our furniture. When we got to our destination & started to unload ALMOST ALL of our wooden furniture had scratches, scrapes, & damage to them. I did not call & complain because once you sign that waiver that everything is loaded undamaged, they are no longer liable. Excellent job packing. On-time and packed quickly and efficiently. Some problems when we unpacked. Movers stepped all over the back of white couch with muddy shoes. We were able to clean. Wrapped some unnecessary items and left others unwrapped. Overall, did a very good job.

They packers arrived on time, were polite, but after getting to my destination, I saw all the damage done to ALL my beautiful wood furniture. They also damaged a light switch mechanism in my wall unit because they didn't take care when packing that piece properly. They also dirtied my box spring and mattress. I had wanted to use a cover I purchased to protect it, and they insisted it would limit their handling of it, so I gave in and am sorry I did. I chose this company because I was referred to it through the truck rental company. The movers showed up within the hour but at different times. The second mover showed up about 20 minutes after the first so he only worked about half the time. While the gentlemen worked quickly and were polite, I feel like I was overpriced. Upon researching other companies after the move, I found other companies for much better prices.
