SML is a horrible illegitimate business. The promised me a certain rate then charged more money that agreed over the phone. I called Customer Service about this issue and also the rate they paid the mover for two hours of labor. I had two movers and they were only paid 7.25 an hour and I was charged over 200 dollars? The movers complained and felt bad and had to tip them because they deserved more that 14.50 for two hours of labor each. I am very unhappy with the Company and may even report to the BBB..... We packed the truck we hired people to help unload they were very clumsy and marked the wall of are house and damaged them in several places we could have done better the one guy was only worried about how little he was getting paid I would never hire again unless they were professionals.
Movers arrived an hour early . I had a 26 ft truck and thetpacked it in 1 hour. they were not careful at all. they dragged my NEW box spring and mattress on the ground and dug it up. they just packed it really fast said they had other things to do. When I unpacked, my things were damaged. Like thousands of dollar in damage. my oak kitchen table had dug marks all over it. My 62 inch flat screen TV had marks on it and the screen was pushed in. Great support from a distant locale. We moved nearly 800 and had no referrals for laborers to help us unload and set up at our destination. Penske recommended SML and now we do, as well. They were on time, professional and very efficient. We were able to off load a 26 foot truck packed to the brim in less than three hours with two SML professionals and two of us.
The movers showed up on time and were very courteous. They were able to move things through some pretty tight spaces with some smart thinking and get it all done on time. Thanks again!

Terrible service. Only one of two movers showed up. I had to call and wait 1 1/2 hours. Then, they damaged the paint on every wall and tore up a door frame. Also, I had to help as one guy was too old. Basically terrible service.
My team arrived a little early, were very courteous and professional. They were able to unload and set up in an hour and a half. Very helpful in moving things where I wanted. I would definitely use them again!!
Movers showed up an hour late but moved quick once they arrived. They were nice and pleasant.
