I have spent thousands of pounds with this company over the last few years but this time they’ve really done me over. Im presently on the line to citizens advice and trading standards. Is anyone else experiencing issues with delivery or contact? I placed an order for a glass balustrade over a month ago and have had no contact from the company since then. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times but have been unsuccessful.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY. One month on and have only received a partially fulfilled order for a 7+ metre glass balustrade system. The company is now uncontactable, phone lines switched off and looks closed down on site.
I recently decided to install a handrail to assist exit from my house down the four steps from my front door to the drive. Eventually I decided to use products from Simple Handrails because they were available in external grade stainless steel with various formats and selectable parts.
