Haven't been this deep in the valley in a decade. Came here for a car they had advertised on their website. I scheduled an appointment for this specific car but when I got here they have never seen that car. This is the definition of bait and switch.
I really had a positive experience! Though they really wanted to make a sale, I didn't have a slimy, super hard-core salesperson, and even the manager wasn't too pushy. They didn't want me to leave in order to think about it, of course, but I did, and we ended up making a good deal in the end. I've been back to ask questions and they were VERY helpful. Actually a positive car buying experience - I didn't think it was possible. In sales, I recommend Jay Rocha & Chris Foster.
My husband drive 2 hours to purchase a car that they had gased and ready for him to purchase and sold it moments before he arrived...when he messaged them about it we heard crickets....Sunday night at 9:00pm when he first made the inquiry phone calls and texts messages were coming in every 5 minutes
Best customer service around! Edgar and Chris go above and beyond for their clients and it shows. So grateful for them!!
Very friendly and helpful. Jay was awesome and very patient. Wonderful management too. Very happy with my purchase. I will definitely consider this dealer for future purchases.
