The salesperson and sales manager said the new car comes with two free oil changes. Their service department said no you only get one oil change. I told them that I was told I get 2 oil changes for buying a new car, they said that deal was for 2018 cars, yours is 2019!!! WOW!
They are lairs. They don’t care their costumers.

The customer service in the service department at this dealership is horrible. Not to mention how lazy the techs are. I brought my 2017 silverado in for a ticking noise and rough shifting in the transmission under warranty. These guys tried telling me that it was a muffler issue when they knew my warranty was almost up LOL WHAT A JOKE. They told me they have to replace the muffler first and go from there 🤔🙄.
