Called today to see why my one month old Chevy Trac was not starting at all, had no power . It also had a flat tire. I just needed to be told what to do. The car was 4 weeks old. First the girl told me to call Onstar. I again told her the car was dead. She said she didn't no what to tell me, told me to call chevy roadside assistance. Chevy roadside was at my house in 30 minutes. The reason the car was dead was that the flat tire sensor went on all day killing the battery. That was easy. The driver knew it in a second. I went on a family members recommendation. Overall I liked the professionalism of the staff especially the sales rep Jay. I’m extremely content with the car I bought (a 2017 Cruze). When the time comes, I’ll purchase my next vehicle from there!
Very rude and unprofessional. I went to this dealership today asking for a quote for Chevy Bolt. They handled the whole situation very unprofessionally to an extent that I chose to walk out. I am still shocked with Jose's response. Not sure whether the agency is like that or it was just the individual. Given all the 5* I do not think the agency will be so bad.

Great experience...our salesman Chris Cervantes was great. Fun, light hearted and very helpful throughout the process. We got close to what we were looking for on price and a bit higher than expected on interest rate with an excellent credit score but the end monthly payment was manageable. Will be back here first for any future purchases.
