We had a lease deal completely worked out and agreed to on a new Tahoe, then, at the last minute they tried to jump the monthly rate by $30. When I threatened to cancel they backed down. It might have worked on many people, don't let them do it to you!
Went in about a week and a half ago. I knew what I wanted as I found the equinox online certified used 2018 for a great price. I was promptly greated by Erick. He was very polite and knowledgeable, if there was something he wasn't sure about he would quickly find the answer for me. I had my two year old daughter with me and he happily helped me with her and the car seat for the test drive. I ended up buying the SUV and so far so great.
