BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Don't ever buy a car from any of the dealerships that have taken over in Simi Valley, especially Chevy!!! I have NOTHING but trouble with them from the start. They have changed my contract 3 times!!! As a first time buyer this is a NIGHTMARE experience. The finance department doesn't know their head from their ASS! Lost my paperwork, asked if "I was sure I bought the car there" i will NEVER EVER recommends them to anyone! I would give then NO STARS IF POSSIBLE
Zero stars for internet sales. I filled out the window to "Unlock Your Special Internet Price", but turns out it is only good for the "Phone Price" as this dealership would not provide a price over the internet. They will only discuss over the phone it seems, a "bait and switch" technique. Skip this dealership and find someone more ethical.
