We spent 7months at Wetecroft bungalow on the Staunton Harold estate near Ashby de la Zouch as we were having renovation work done on our own house. The bungalow is in a beautiful setting with cafes, garden centre and arts and craft centre on your doorstep. The setting is idyllic, and the bungalow is well equipped with everything you would need. Thankyou to Sam and the team for a fantastic stay.
It's the harassment from Sam for me. Also incorrect advertising where they put maximum 7 people on a listing but the rates keep changing and other things. The whole experience is the reason for the review. I would like to leave 0 stars if it was possible due to the trauma caused by Sam. . Sam stop with the harassment.
We had a rental for 8 months in 30B Ibstock. Sam was absolutely fantastic throughout. We took the property last minute as we were unable to live on our current home. We needed somewhere furnished and a flexible let as we were unsure how long we were going to be out of our home for. 30B was fully equipped with everything we needed and all bills included was great for us. We originally booked a 6 month let extended for 1 month and then a further 2 weeks after that as our home was not finished and was delayed a couple of times.... read more
Excellent experience from start to finish. Lovely house with everything you need, very comfortable and in a great location. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Five Stars all the way!
Booking the accommodation was really easy, Sam regularly kept in touch & helped with any queries we had. The house we stayed in was fantastic, very clean, very well equipped, couldn't have asked for more! We'll definitely be booking with Silverstag properties again when we come down from Scotland, thank you so much!
