RecommendedIn the last year I’ve had 2 surgeries here and would return for any others needed. I found the staff from volunteers to surgical teams to be kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My experiences have been stellar!
The staff is very rude! No patients should be scared of the medical staff that is taking care of them! The CNA start screaming at patients instead of helping! The nurse gets aggravated because we tell her our point of view with the CNA. The medical staff floor supervisor gives us a nice face while telling her the bad attitude about her staff and she goes out the room and tell her staff nothing to call their attention all she told them was to call front desk to deny visitors for my grandmother’s room visits! This is the worst... read more

RecommendedMy family and I had a great experience at Silver Cross when I delivered my first child back in March of 2018. It was like staying at a really nice hotel. And I love how they don’t separate mother and child. They cleaned up my daughter a couple feet away and as soon as possible brought her back into my arms to feed. The nurses were awesome!
