We came to the ER for Heart attack concerns from an urgent care! It has taken HOURS for him to finally be seen, and I'm told that my THIRTEEN year old daughter cannot go back to be with him! So I'm supposed to do WHAT?!? Leave her out in the Lobby? I'm certain that your staff doesn't deserve to be babysitting her. She's with us because I don't have a choice! I'm furious because this is very cold and insensitive. Some song about the flu? Put yourself in my shoes and see if you should bring your loved ones to this.

RecommendedMy son (2.5yo) had his tonsils removed Monday and the entire team of nurses/doctors/specialist, they all did a wonderful job making him comfortable and keeping him comfortable. Along with myself. Very tending to all our needs. Definitely very happy with our experience.
