Yesterday was my first time at Silver Cross Hospital. I can honestly say this hospital had the kindest, friendliest and most compassionate staff that I've ever encountered. They were genuinely concerned about my daughter's well being. This is definitely a five star hospital.
My mom was recently in Silver Cross Hospital. I would like to thank everyone for the care she was given. The staff really care about the patients and are very attentive to all their needs. The patient rooms are roomy and very comfortable for the family.
My daughter has been treated here for a broken arm. The ER staff was professional, caring and efficient. Following up now with Dr Fuller out of Lurie’s and it has been a great experience, as well. Her arm is healing as it should thanks to the expertise here.
I Waited 3 Almost 4 Hours For My 3 Year Old To Daughter To Even Get Her Gashed Chin Checked Out
On hold for 45 minutes to pay a bill. Automated system doesnt work either. I guess they dont need the money.....

All throughout my mother’s illness we had a good clinical staff. This last and most recent hospitalization we had TWO amazing nurses on the sixth floor room 6112. A Big and Heartfelt Thank You to Andrea and Kristine .You ladies made us feel like we were like family.
