6 1/2 hours in the waiting room. Asked to see the Charge Nurse who never came out. When we were finally seen by a doctor and he listened they realized this was a serious issue. There is no responsibility or accountability taken for the treatment you are given in the ER. They were rude, condescending and had zero compassion.
RecommendedOver a three month time period, I was admitted three times to Silver Cross. The wonderful nurses and other caregivers on floors five and four were amazing. I will always be thankful for the many kindnesses they showed me.
