I've never had a pleasant experience with a mammogram in 72 years. Silver Cross has the best new equipment that does not hurt and does not mash you like a flat pancake. I will never dread having one again. The physicians are the best and the wait is never more than a couple of minutes at rhe most. Spotlessly clean and pleasant personnel.
In 1987 my son was first baby born in original Silver Cross hospital 1-1-87 12:16 30 years later, my daughter in law had a beautiful "World Series" baby named Kylee Addison Everyone there was great!! Thank you to everyone that was there to help bring my little grandbaby into the world. Especially since they were unusually busy ...lol.
Our in patient surgery experience was wonderful. Could not have been better. The nurses and xmas were fantastic calls were answered immediately. My mom was extremely well cared for the parkview orthopedic group was amazing
What a joke 10 hours for a xray and a script for pain. Hurt ribs sitting in waiting room for bout 5 6 hours.

You will always find some people who are not satisfied with anything in life. That said, I am very satisfied with care, surgery, doctors and staff at Silver Cross. They have combined friendly concern with professional attitude and ability. Their accommodations are very up to date and comfortable. They have a large golf cart type vehicle that offers rides to people going out to cars! How kind for older folks or those with little kids. Will not hesitate to return in the future. I had some testing done on July 17, 2017 and had Symone and Brenda take care of me (unfortunately I did not get their last names). These were two of the most hard working, professional health care workers that I have ever dealt with. They delivered outstanding customer support. They were both extremely professional and courteous. Their attention to detail when caring for their patients is second to none. They made my time there fly by and extremely comfortable.
Beautiful facility staffed by service-oriented, and friendly people.
