RecommendedI was just released after staying 2 days for an infection in my face. My nurses and doctors were so nice and comforting and all the staff I interacted with were so helpful. As someone who was anxious enough about being in a hospital during this pandemic with an autoimmune disorder, they took care of anything I could ask for and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Thank You all so much!!!
I’m pleased with this hospital some of the staff is absolutely amazing and a few may have been having a bad day! I pray for all of you!
Dedicated staff at ALL levels of care
Kudos to all Drs, nurses, medics, ancillary personnel, security, EVS, maintenance, dietary, volunteers, lab, X-ray, and so many others who risk their own health and well-being everyday during this COVID-19 outbreak to see and care for all inpatients, and outpatients, and to the ER staff who screen and treat everyone who enters their doors - they are truly the “1st responders” of Silver Cross Hospital during this and every crisis!
This place is horrible. Homer glen office is even worse. Last time I hurt my foot I just delt with the pain as it’s better than going to silver cross. I feel bad for some of the nurses. They said they don’t get breaks or lunches.. never again Someone should call the state on them.
In the last year I’ve had 2 surgeries here and would return for any others needed. I found the staff from volunteers to surgical teams to be kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My experiences have been stellar!
The staff is very rude! No patients should be scared of the medical staff that is taking care of them! The CNA start screaming at patients instead of helping! The nurse gets aggravated because we tell her our point of view with the CNA. The medical staff floor supervisor gives us a nice face while telling her the bad attitude about her staff and she goes out the room and tell her staff nothing to call their attention all she told them was to call front desk to deny visitors for my grandmother’s room visits!
