well let me start by saying my best friend is dying in the ICU and I called and talked to the charge nurse about policy's on saying goodbye and was told " I have better things to do than talk to you, were busy bye". is that anyway to treat someone losing someone they love more than life itself? the way I was spoken to worry's me for the care he is receiving I worked in an ICU for years and we never disrespected family or friends bc we understood there emotions stemed from their grief.

My brother today was admitted. Had surgery without informing his immediate family who were standing by their phones. Response following surgery was: didn’t he (the patient) tell you? Are you kidding me ? Patient was in pain and on pain meds . Was hospital’s responsibility. Nice try for deflection

RecommendedI had my baby here and since the time I got to the hospital till the time I left I had such a great experience everyone was nice and attentive every time I need someone’s help they were there for me and my baby I would recommend this hospital to everyone.This was my fourth and last baby first time at this hospital and hope I would of hear about it before.

currently admitted, sitting in my room at 3AM. went to the ER at about 230PM for severe flank, abdominal and back pain. ended up getting a migraine while ibwas in the ER, which ibhave a history of, asked for migraine cocktail, they gave me a Norco. finally was brought up to my room. its now 12 hours later at 3 AM. I can't have anything by mouth, so no food for over 24 hours, I normally take sleeping meds and the doctor will not allow me to take them for some unknown reason, so again, I am still awake at 3AM( been up for 22 h... read more
