RecommendedMy family and I had a great experience at Silver Cross when I delivered my first child back in March of 2018. It was like staying at a really nice hotel. And I love how they don’t separate mother and child. They cleaned up my daughter a couple feet away and as soon as possible brought her back into my arms to feed. The nurses were awesome! My son was born 7 weeks early and I had to have a c section. The nicu nurses where amazing. All n all a great experience

We came to the ER for Heart attack concerns from an urgent care! It has taken HOURS for him to finally be seen, and I'm told that my THIRTEEN year old daughter cannot go back to be with him! So I'm supposed to do WHAT?!? Leave her out in the Lobby? I'm certain that your staff doesn't deserve to be babysitting her. She's with us because I don't have a choice! I'm furious because this is very cold and insensitive. Some song about the flu? Put yourself in my shoes and see if you should bring your loved ones to this.
My son (2.5yo) had his tonsils removed Monday and the entire team of nurses/doctors/specialist, they all did a wonderful job making him comfortable and keeping him comfortable. Along with myself. Very tending to all our needs. Definitely very happy with our experience.
the staff here is great. they really care for the patient. my 3 wks in rehab was very helpful a great group
