Just spent the weekend at the Arthouse hotel for a hen party! WHAT A PLACE! Can not recommend enough. From the second we bounced through the door on Friday until we crawled out Sunday morning the staff were amazing. None of them could do enough for us. Spent over £7000 with Signature Living. They phoned the day before the planned trip to cancel an activity we had booked. Despite several emails and phone calls, they still haven’t refunded my £960 from 21st February. They’re completely ignoring me and I’m having to serve a Statutory Demand on them in the hope of getting my money back. I’ve written a review on this issue before and someone from Signature phoned me begging me to take it down. Needless to say, I won’t be so accommodating this time.
Stayed with family. The several flights of stairs never bothered me, but the hairs in the bed, non-working heaters and radiators, and very rude reception staff really made this a place to get out of very quickly. Had my one year old with me in less than 16 Celsius temperatures and with several women’s hairs in bed (see pic!) Complained to reception guy and was given a shirty response - told a refund was out of the question as I didn’t report the broken heating at 2am! By the sounds of what you read you think you are going to a horror house!||||So there are positives and negatives however the negatives do not take over the positives. ||||Bad:||1.
