DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We booked with them for my daughters Hen weekend this year. They took all of our money and then disappeared off the face of the earth. We've had to rebook with another venue. They have relaunched again (this is what they do), but they won't provide a refund. Save yourself the heartache and disappointment. Don't believe what you read on their website! I've had to give one star to post.

We were initially put in a room that was more like a dirty old dungeon than a ‘luxury party apartment’. The sound system was broken, no water came from the taps, the fridge was broken and there was a disgusting smell of damp and drains. When we went back to reception, we were informed that Tesco's drain problems were the source of the horrible smell. Avoid at all costs. We stayed in the Masonic apartments. It was a very wet day, and we noticed rain was coming in near the window. Later that night, we were luckily in the bedroom when we heard a loud crash from the main living room where the ceiling had fallen in and it was raining into the apartment. Lights exploded and it was a very dangerous situation. The customer service was awful, and we were told we could just go back to sleep.
