Had appt. and after 20 minutes they said they over scheduled. Apology not acceptable.

I've had nothing but stellar service from Signature any time I've needed something or had a question. Eric Y helped us with a Tucson purchase, partially remote over email and partially in person. It was an easy process, everything went exactly to plan, no surprises, lots of good interaction. Just want to say I've been coming here for years for oil changes and many other things. I'm ALWAYS happy with Sig. Toyota's services. Staff is SUPER friendly, place is absolutely clean.....not to mention the yummy cookies & popcorn while you wait.
3 hours for a scheduled oil change! Cheated us out of tires for life because there service manager didn't do his job correctly!!
